Meet the Founder
Dorly Bouguignon is an operator shaped by resilience and driven by purpose. With a foundation in engineering and a career spanning multiple industries, he brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to building and improving businesses.
Originally from Haiti, Dorly moved to the United States after the 2010 earthquake. That early life disruption didn’t define him, it propelled him. He learned to navigate unfamiliar situations, adapt quickly, and persevere no matter what. These experiences embedded a deep sense of grit, humility, and determination that continue to guide him today.
Dorly began his career in Lima, Peru, working on dairy processing lines before joining Siemens Healthineers, where he supported the development of second-generation products for the Atellica Solutions platform. He later moved into product operations at ROOM, a Series A startup reimagining modular solutions for offices. Most recently, he joined Langhe as part of the founding team, where he led operations and manufacturing, wearing many hats and driving the day-to-day execution needed to scale an early-stage company.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School
